Coffee oxidation is not a slow process – it begins immediately on contact with air. The Atmos is designed around one function: remove the air, slow the degradation. The lid-integrated vacuum pump requires no external tools, no batteries, and no maintenance beyond occasional gasket cleaning.
The 0.7L size is the most practical daily-use canister for a home barista in Cyprus buying 250g-300g bags at a time. It holds a standard bag comfortably, sits on a bench without dominating the space, and the vacuum can be re-engaged in under two seconds after each use.
One important note from Fellow: whole bean coffee only. Ground coffee and fine powders will clog the intake valve and void the warranty. Store your beans whole, grind fresh.
Not dishwasher safe – lid should be wiped with a damp cloth, gasket and filter can be removed and washed separately. The stainless steel body is hand-wash only.
