Closed Basket Extraction System

The STEEP uses a closed basket design that keeps grounds contained and lets water flow through the spout during extraction — no removing the basket to taste, no grounds contaminating the brew. You can monitor concentration throughout without disturbing the steep, giving you precise control over strength and flavour development.

750ml Borosilicate Glass Body

Built from borosilicate glass with BPA-free plastic and silicone components, the STEEP is designed for daily use and fridge storage. At 297mm tall and 80mm in diameter, it fits standard fridge door compartments. The 60g coffee basket handles any grind size suited to cold extraction.

Adjustable Concentration

With a 750ml capacity and a basket that holds up to 60g of ground coffee, the STEEP lets you dial concentration from cold brew concentrate down to a lighter ready-to-drink ratio — simply adjust dose and steep time. No separate equipment needed.
