Welcome to the official coffeeshopcy Service Policy. Our goal is to provide professional and transparent service support for all your coffee equipment. Below you’ll find clear guidelines on how to send your machine for inspection or repair, what to expect during the process, and how we handle returns.

Sending Equipment for Service

Customers must ship their equipment in the original packaging to ensure safe and damage-free transport.

All shipping costs to and from our service center are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility for Free Inspection

To qualify for a free inspection, the equipment must have been purchased from our store. Customers should provide a copy of their purchase invoice so we can verify the purchase.

If no invoice is provided, or if the equipment was not purchased from us within 2 years, an inspection fee of €60 + VAT applies.

Inspection Process

Once we receive your equipment, our technicians will carry out a full inspection. After the inspection, we’ll contact you to inform you about:

  • The identified issue
  • The estimated repair cost
  • The expected repair completion time

Repairs will only begin after we receive your approval.

Repairs & Approval

If you approve the repair, our technicians will proceed according to the agreed estimate. If you decide not to proceed, your equipment will be returned to you without repair.

Return & Pickup

After the service is completed, your equipment can either:

  • Be shipped back to you at your own cost, or
  • Be collected directly from our premises.

Completed repairs are held at our premises for up to 14 calendar days. After this period, we cannot guarantee continued safe storage.
