Inside, the Rebel features 47 mm professional conical burrs for fast, consistent grinding across the full range of brew methods — from fine adjustments suited for espresso to coarser settings for filter-style brews. Its stepless adjustment mechanism enables micro-level grind refinement with effortless repeatability, making precise dialing simple and reliable.
The Morse cone–based burr alignment system keeps the burrs perfectly centered, ensuring consistent particle distribution and clean extractions. Four internal ball bearings create an exceptionally smooth grinding motion, while the lightweight 11-magnet stainless-steel catch cup provides stable, efficient workflow handling.
