Δικαίωμα Υπαναχώρησης

Ως καταναλωτής, έχετε το δικαίωμα να υπαναχωρήσετε από την αγορά σας εντός 14 ημερολογιακών ημερών από την παραλαβή της παραγγελίας σας, χωρίς να απαιτείται να δώσετε κάποιο λόγο. Το δικαίωμα αυτό ισχύει για τα περισσότερα προϊόντα που αγοράζονται από το ηλεκτρονικό μας κατάστημα.

Για να είναι επιλέξιμο προς επιστροφή, το προϊόν πρέπει να είναι αχρησιμοποίητο και στην ίδια κατάσταση με αυτήν που το παραλάβατε. Πρέπει επίσης να βρίσκεται στην αρχική του συσκευασία.

Εξαιρέσεις από το Δικαίωμα Υπαναχώρησης

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Coffee and other consumables (beans, ground coffee, capsules, or any other perishable food products).
• Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as opened cleaning supplies or consumables for machines.
• Goods made to order or customized products.

Coffee Machines & Grinders

(including espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines, filter machines, and grinders)

• These products may be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period, even if opened.
• Customers are entitled to test machines only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning — similar to how one could test them in a physical shop.
• If the machine shows use beyond ordinary testing (e.g. prolonged brewing, signs of wear, or coffee residues) or returned without original packaging may be subject to a partial refund based on diminished value.

(including portafilters, digital scales, tampers, pitchers, and similar accessories)

• Barista tools may be returned within 14 days if unused or only lightly tested.
• Items that are damaged, excessively used, or returned without original packaging may be subject to a partial refund based on diminished value.

Return Procedure

• Notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to withdraw.
• Return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notification.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• If the return is due to a factory defect covered under warranty, we will reimburse the return shipping cost upon proof of payment (receipt).

Refund Procedure

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
• Refunds may be issued either in cash (via the original payment method) or as store credit, depending on your choice.
