Interchangeable Flow Screens

The FLO ships with three screens – Fast, Medium, and Slow – photo-etched to achieve hole sizes as precise as 0.25mm. Switch screens to change flow rate, flow path, and contact time without touching your grind, dose, or temperature. Additional upgrade screens are available separately.

Double-Wall Stainless Steel Body

Constructed from polished stainless steel with a twin-wall insulated body, the FLO maintains brew chamber temperature while keeping the exterior cool to the touch – no handle required. At 166.5g and 350ml capacity, it sits cleanly over any server or cup.

Varia x Kurasu Kyoto Collaboration

A patented design developed by Varia founder Ramsey Gyde and refined with Yozo Otsuki of Kurasu Kyoto. Compatible with flat-bottom wave papers, including the Varia FLO filter series. Available in multiple colourways – colour has no effect on extraction performance.

Varia FLO Dripper – Varia x Kurasu Kyoto

Most drippers give you one extraction path. The FLO gives you seven. Swap to Fast_1 for a bright, clean cup. Run Slow_1 for full-bodied and rich. Use Medium_2 for something juicy and well-rounded. Same coffee, same grind, same dose – different screen, different cup.

The chemical photo-etching process used to cut the screens produces uniform hole geometry at the sub-millimetre level – the kind of consistency that makes extraction repeatable across brews.

Available in Cyprus through coffeeshopcy. The only dripper upgrade that changes extraction parameters without changing your technique.
